In the written examination of the job many times memo writing is allowed.

Sample question ?
Let's start with some sample old questions:
* Draw up a memorandum to the Minister of Health and Family Planning by identifying the obstacles in providing medical services to the masses in the rural areas and sending effective proposals regarding them.
* Write a memorandum on the arrival of the Minister of Education in your area with a request for possible improvement of education in the area.
* Write a memorandum to the Minister of Education giving some effective suggestions to correct historical distortions in school-college textbooks and preserve correct history.
* Draft a memorandum to the Defense Secretary seeking permission to use roads inside the cantonment.

What is the memorandum?
Memorandum is a combined application. A memorandum is usually written on a claim. The memorandum is applied to a minister, secretary, member of parliament, chairman or a high-ranking official of an organization. A memorandum can be written by a group, party, association or group of people. For example, the teachers' association can write a memorandum to the Minister of Education, and the workers' union of the institution can write a memorandum to the managing director of an institution.

Structure of memorandum
The memorandum should be dated at the beginning. Below this, the position and identity of the person with whom the memorandum is being written should be written. Then the claim has to be mentioned. The memorandum can be addressed as 'Sir'. Again, like a standard certificate, you can write 'Hey Jandardi' or something like that. If you start with 'Mr' there is no need to address each paragraph anew. However, if you start with something like 'O Jandardi', you have to address 'O Wise', 'O Struggle Friend' like a standard in every paragraph. In the first paragraph of the memorandum some words of appreciation should be written. The next two paragraphs should outline the problem or claim. A paragraph after the problem should outline the solution. The last paragraph expresses hope for a remedy. Finally, in the signature part, the name of a few people has to be written as 'Vineet' or 'for the claim'.

Sub: Memorandum demanding establishment of public library
sir,
The recent cultural activities of the country have gained momentum under the planned management of the Ministry of Culture. After taking charge as Secretary, you yourself directly took up several projects and initiatives. Through this, the way of cultural practice and at the same time knowledge practice has been facilitated. We also hope, through the adoption and implementation of this initiative, the fair development of culture is possible.
But it is a matter of great regret, when the people of the country are progressing in education, when people are being encouraged to read other books in the pursuit of knowledge apart from textbooks in the country, then we are forced to say that no public library has been set up by government initiative in Balirhat Upazila of Magura district till date. Even no big library has been built by any socio-cultural organization here. What there is of either is nominal and insufficient in relation to necessity
You will be happy to know that about 65 percent people of our upazila are educated. At least 20 percent of them are graduates. There are more than 300 government primary and secondary schools for the population of 200,000. Apart from this there are three government universities. We have been demanding the establishment of a university for a long time. But the locals are waiting patiently as it is a long process.
In this situation, I humbly request the government through you to build a public library keeping in mind the proper development of education and culture.
As you will surely agree, there is no alternative to the library to keep up with the progress of science. Also, while collecting public opinion about public library, we noticed that there is a great interest among the public in the area. It goes without saying that the people of the society benefit in many ways through the library. Every day thousands of new books are being published in the country and abroad, which cannot be bought or collected by a single person.
It is very painful to go to public library in our district headquarters to get any important information or to search for good books, which is very time consuming. In this situation, the importance of establishing a public library in our upazila is immense.
We think it will be possible to meet the demands of the knowledge-hungry people of the area by setting up a public library at a suitable place in the Upazila Sadar. This activity should not be limited only to the establishment of libraries. In addition to reading books, there should also be an opportunity to pick up books from here. Apart from this, new and necessary books of the country and abroad published every year should be taken in the library. You must agree, even in this age of internet there is no alternative to paper books.
Due to your able leadership and contemporary planning, there have been some noticeable changes in the cultural practices of the country. We think that by setting up a public library in Balirhat Upazila, there will be a change in the mentality of the people of this area

Sincerely,

On behalf of the general public of Shingra Upazila of Natore district
